The collections of funds on behalf of a company or merchant via Debit Orders are only undertaken on the instruction and authorization of the client whose account is to be debited. A one-day or two-day service is available. Thanks to our seamless interaction with most available accounting packages, the setup and submit procedure of batches of debit order transactions for those companies and merchants, have now become a simple on-line accounting activity.

A Non-Authenticated Early Debit Order (NAEDO) instruction is similar to a debit order except that it is processed far earlier as closely as possible with salary and wage credits to bank accounts. Users can further enhance their ability to collect successfully by utilising a “tracking service”. The instruction can then be processed from the mandated date over a selected tracking period. The instruction is kept in the background and triggered whenever a credit is applied to the account.
